This 60-minute strength and conditioning class will be focus on teaching movement skills, reducing the risk of injury with a high emphasis on improving overall fitness and work capacity.
Everyone will receive individual coaching and assessment to make sure they work to their own level and capabilities.

A 45-minute circuit style class that is designed to develop both your strength & endurance. Each class has a wide variety of exercises to work all muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels.

A 45-minute class that is the perfect way to optimise your glute development. You will focus on your form and practice proper technique whilst engaging all 3 areas of your glutes.
