SUPPORTS THE LGBT+ COMMUNITY
To keep all our staff, members and guests safe and healthy, we clean the gym, equipment and all surfaces using the recommended chemical cleaners for non-medical settings throughout the day. Additionally, we undertake a deep clean on a regular basis.
We also have increased the number of hygiene stations throughout the club, with extra wipes throughout. Please use these to wipe down equipment before and after your sets and keep your hands clean. If you cannot find these or they have run out, speak to a member of staff for assistance.
Keep your distance: give each other room and respect other's personal space
Clean down kit: wipe down kit after use, and return equipment to its proper place after use
Clean your hands: regularly wash or sanitise your hands
Scan the QR code in the members app to gain entry to the gym.
We'll also continue to carry out temperature for everyone checks upon arrival at the gym. Please make sure you don't enter the gym before having this done.
As of the 19th July 2021 social distancing is no longer a legal requirement. However, we will continue to encourage all users to respect each others space and keep your distance as much as possible. Luckily, our equipment is naturally spaced out in order to make this simple and easy for you.
There will be signs, posters and information on our screens to assist you and staff will be around to help everyone keep to these guidelines and as always, answer any of your questions.
Changing room, toilets and the showers are now fully available. Remember if using a locker you need a padlock.
Along with our air conditioning and ventilation systems we'll continue to keep the main shutters of the gym open to ensure there is as much fresh air circulating around the gym as possible.
Our ventilation and air conditioning equipment has gone through thorough cleaning and regular checks will be performed to ensure this high standard of cleanliness is adhered to.
The requirement for capacity management will end as of the 19th July 2021. This means you’ll no longer need to book a visit to come to the gym. You can use the “Plan Visit” tab on the app to check how many people are in the gym before you come along, it will tell you how many people have checked-in in the last hour. Which means you’ll be able to plan ahead to find quieter times and days of the week to visit.
You’ll still need to check-in using the App when you arrive at the gym.
The Treatment Room at Muscle Bull gym, London is accessed via the Male Changing Room.
The Treatments provided within its walls have always been given by both male and female therapists to both male and female clientele. The Treatments available include Sports Massage, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy & Beauty/Aesthetics Therapy. This means from time to time there will be people of any gender walking through the "men's" changing rooms to gain access to the Treatment Room. Before this happens checks are made to make sure the way is clear and to ensure there are no awkward moments.
There are signs at the entrance to both changing rooms to let members know that male and female operatives are on duty. Please be assured that we make every effort to maintain Member Safety.
